I like the Grooming Lounge--it%26#39;s very modernist and masculine and I%26#39;ve always gotten good service there for haircuts and manicures. You also might like the spa at the Four Seasons in Georgetown. It%26#39;s not specifically aimed at men, but they can handle a man if he doesn%26#39;t mind being in the minority of the clientele.
