Distance between hotels?

Hi - I am attending a conference in DC at the Washington DC Hyatt Capitol Hill in mid October. I am considering staying at the Washington Court Hotel, as it looks like it is only a block away and is more than $100 per night cheaper. I welcome advice on this plan. Thanks!!!

Yes, these two hotels are near each other. I%26#39;ve only been in the lobby and one of the function rooms at the Washington Court Hotel and both were nice. I can%26#39;t say what the hotel rooms are like though. However, if you read the reviews posted here under ';hotels'; you will see that the Washington Court Hotel gets good reviews. I say go for it!

Washington Court is nice. You will like the service, the rooms might be a little small but you are alone (I believe). The restaurant Bistro 525 is wonderful as well. You ';shouldn%26#39;t'; be disappointed with the Washington Court. It is actually just across the street and down about 3 buildings to the Hyatt. Not a long walk at all.
