question about theater seating at the reagan building

We are thinking about seeing Capitol Steps at the Reagan building--we can have one of the back two rows of the orchestra or 3rd row of the terrace seating--is one better than the other?

How is the Italian restaurant for after the show?

Thanks!

Sorry, can%26#39;t speak to the seating, but I%26#39;d say there are some better places to go than Aria in the Reagan building for dinner. I%26#39;d recommend TenPenh if you like Asian or Central Michel Richard or Cafe du Parc for casual french. If you want to stick with Italian, Tosca is excellent. Check them out online to see if any will work for you. I%26#39;d say the prices at all these places would be about comparable to Aria.

Totally agree with mopsydog....don%26#39;t bother with Aria.

We sat on the second row of the terrace and the seats were great. I%26#39;m not sure the orchestra seats would be much better -- they aren%26#39;t much closer, and you might have the heads of the person in front of you in the way (I know that wasn%26#39;t a problem for us). Are both choices in the center? I did notice that some of the seats that were way off to the side were not auditorium-style seats and did not look as comfortable. The theatre isn%26#39;t very big and all seats seemed to be good seats.

I missed this earlier--Aria was unspeakably bad the last time I was there. Tosca, Chef Geoff%26#39;s, Cafe du Parc, or Central would all be better choices. Check out the menus online to see what appeals and fits your budget!
