We were denied tickets to the White House tour so will be doing the Visitor%26#39;s Center instead. I can%26#39;t find a list of items allowed/prohibited in the Visitor%26#39;s Center (I can only find the items allowed/prohibited for the White House tour itself.) Does anyone know if strollers, cameras and drinks are allowed in the Visitor%26#39;s Center?

It is like a small museum and gift store. Your bags will be searched, but otherwise it shouldn%26#39;t be a problem. They might not allow food and drinks in your hand though. It is not part of the White House building but is a couple of blocks away.

We just visited last weekend. Not a lot to see... My husband thought it was a glorified gift shop. Not a must see in our opinion
