Bike the Sites Tour?

Has anyone done the tour by bike? Wondering what your experience was. Which tour did you do (monument vs. capital sites)?

Would love to do the Segway Tour but have one under 16 so they won%26#39;t let us on that.

not sure if you have already come and gone, but their tours are great. Capital Sites includes a bit more info; on the Monuments tour the guide lets you get off your bike and go explore each for a couple minutes. kind depends on timeing since one is in the am and one is in the afternoon. both are recommended.
