I need info regarding lodging, must see sites and good restaraunts not necessarily fine dining.

My family and I (10 %26amp;12 yr old boys) plan on being in D.C 2 nights April 8th %26amp; 9th. I would like to be centrally located %26amp; hopefully keep the cost of the hotel under $150.00 a night.

Check Downtown, Dupont Circle, Penn Quarter, and Rossyln and Crystal City (in VA) for hotels.

In order to get some good restaurant recommendations---what is your budget? what kind of foods do you like? Do you only plan to do casual dining?
