White House, Capitol, and Supreme Court Tours

last time I visited DC was in 1999 and tours to the White House were available, as well to Congress. Im going to DC on January 5-11 and would like to take a tour for the White House, Capitol and the Supreme Court. Are they still available??? any recommendations? links to visit? what any other tour would you recommend.. thank you

You would need to contact your senator or rep to arrange these tours. If I recall correctly--you%26#39;re in PR? If so, I believe you can still contact your reps even though they are non-voting. Also, other posters have said that you really need to arrange the White House tours months in advance--but, I suppose, you could still ask, there could be a cancellation.

SueFee%26#39;s right about the White House -- it can%26#39;t hurt to ask, but your ofdds are slim. Mr. Fortu?o%26#39;s office will be glad to help. As for the Supreme Court, you can still go in without having an organized tour. Surf to (supremecourtus.gov/visiting/visitorservices.…) for info.

There is a background check for the White House that takes about 8 weeks ... that%26#39;s why they say book it months in advance. I requested a tour through my representative about 3 months in advance and was lucky to get one. Definitely try. The Bureau of Engraving is also a great tour ... again booked through your representative.
